Web3 Technical Project Manager

ABOUT YOU:

We're looking for an innovative Web3 Technical Project Manager to lead a team of engineers in developing, testing, and deploying cloud and distributed products. You'll be responsible for leading the technical planning and managing the development process , delivery commitments, and day-to-day engineering activities in an Agile/Scrum environment. Additionally, you'll be managing departmental resources, staffing, mentoring, and maintaining a best-of-class engineering team.

You'll work closely with engineers to architect and develop the best technical design and approach, while also reporting on development, quality, operations, and system performance to management. You'll conduct end-to-end technical management of multiple projects and sub-components of a larger program. This includes identifying key stakeholders and developing a strategy for executing high-value projects/programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, test, and deployment of cloud and distributed products

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the engineering team in an Agile/Scrum environment

• Develop and maintain project plans, including tasks, deliverables, roadmaps and budgets

• Collaborate with engineers to architect and develop technical designs and approaches

• Report on the status of development, quality, operations, and system performance to management

• Manage project team activities

• Lead technical teams to drive performance and remove roadblocks

• Conduct end-to-end technical management of multiple projects and manage sub-components of a large program

• Possess strong analytical and communication skills to address big-picture issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

• 3+ years of experience in Web3 technical project management, with strong understanding of blockchain, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure technologies

• Proven experience in leading and managing teams of engineers and software developers, as well as knowledge of project management methodologies

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Notion, or Asana

• Familiarity with software development practices and technologies such as Git, Continuous Integration, and DevOps

• Experience developing customer-facing experiences
